Florida grouper on the full moon

The full moon came early in August this year and we hit our grouper holes accordingly. On the 1st day of the month we caught two giant grouper. These fish weighed 70 and 30 pounds! Then we went and slayed the snowy grouper with Kyle Borkowski from NJ. These tasty guys came from the deep water off Fort Lauderdale. Fishing for grouper is fun but for real sport we have been catching some blackfin tuna and wahoo as well as a few kingfish on live bait. Some really large barracuda have been around these first couple of weeks of August too.
