| 1st-7th
Trolling this week was best for the elusive king mackerel and Bonito. Friday we caught a combined total of 52 fish including 22 king mackerel. A few giant grouper around and a nice black grouper on wednesday.
8th-14th Wahoo Fever!
Scored with a bunch of wahoo including two over 50 lbs- Wow. Also got Tom Koelling a nice sailfish to mount and some deep yellow eye snapper this week.
15th-21st We caught the MANEATER
This genuine Bull may be the one wanted in our area for biting some local swimmers. It is a maneater. Check out the bite radius. Lots of kings and bonitos and a golden reef shark too. Friday we caught a 46lb wahoo and a 30 lber too. Fishing is outstanding.
22nd-28th See hurricane recipe on June 6th
Hurricane Katrina messed us up good. Lost a little canvas on the boat enclosure and a bunch of trips but- BACK TO WORK!
got a couple of trips out - 1 before the storm and one during but slow. We did catch some kings and cudas but look forward to next week.
